01The problem

A clear vision and the wrong engine behind it. Marketing spend kept climbing. Tours happened. Offers went out. Yield sat well below where it needed to be, and the family experience depended on which staff member happened to be on duty.

02The approach

We pulled the admissions funnel apart and rebuilt it — enquiry, tour, offer, follow-up. Every touch-point with families got a script the team could actually use. Once it worked on one campus, we packaged it so the next two could open without starting from zero.

03The result

Enrolment climbed from 60 to 730 across six years. Tour-to-offer conversion more than tripled. Retention has held above 92% since.
