The work
Every engagement starts the same way: a conversation with you, then focus groups with the people who actually run the school day — teachers, heads of department, students, parents. What we hear is yours to keep, whether you decide to work with us or not.
What's included
- Founders' conversation and stakeholder focus groups — yours to keep
- Diagnostic of teaching quality, assessment design and data routines
- Subject-by-subject improvement plans owned by your heads of department
- Coaching cycles for teachers, with rubrics that hold up under scrutiny
- Termly results reviews with the senior team
How we work
- 01
Conversation
We start with a conversation — you, the head, the chair if it's relevant. We listen first. No deck, no pitch.
- 02
Focus groups
Then short, candid sessions with the people who run the day: teachers, parents, students, admissions, deputies. The picture that emerges is yours to keep, whether or not you decide to go further with us.
- 03
Decide together
If it's a fit, we agree the three to five things that will actually move the dial — and what we're explicitly not doing — in writing, before any work starts.
- 04
Do the work
We embed in the school, working alongside your leaders. Weekly working sessions, not monthly status calls.
- 05
Hand back
We leave behind systems your team owns, with a clear plan for the next twelve months.
