Strategy execution for international schools

Turn school strategy into visible change.

SchoolOS connects priorities, leadership decisions, commitments and evidence so leaders can see what is changing in practice, what is only activity, and where leadership judgment is needed.

Built for international schools where leadership changes, priorities compete and continuity matters.

The problem

Where strategy loses its grip

Priorities compete with urgent work. Decisions lose their reasoning. Commitments drift. Activity accumulates without showing what has actually changed.

Open question

Who agrees the standard across MYP and DP, and who can overrule a teacher's grade?

Discussed 12 May, 9 Jun, 25 Aug. Not decided.

Research-backed judgement

Decisions informed by what the research shows

When a decision is in front of your leadership team, SchoolOS surfaces what the evidence base says about it, not to decide for you, but so the decision is made with the research in view. The school's own evidence and research-based interpretation always remain distinguishable.

Responsible human judgment

Most strategy software asks:

Are we completing the plan?

SchoolOS helps leadership ask:

Is the school changing as we intended, and what are we learning?

Discussed is not the same as decided.

A gap in evidence is not treated as poor performance.

AI proposes; a person confirms. It never ranks or scores staff.

Every important claim can be traced to its source.

SchoolOS uses AI to structure existing school material, retrieve relevant context and support careful interpretation. Research-based interpretation and the school's own evidence always remain distinguishable.

With Nordic Education Academy

Start with the leadership work

For schools entering a new strategic cycle, leadership transition or period of change. Nordic Education Academy facilitates direction, priorities, roles and ways of working. SchoolOS keeps that work alive across the year.

SchoolOS with your existing strategy

Start with the strategy you already have

If a strategy or improvement plan already exists, SchoolOS structures it into a living leadership rhythm. No new strategy workshop required. Start Monday.

What a pilot actually involves

A practical start, with a clear decision at eight weeks

How long is a pilot?

Two months. We agree at the start what we want to see by the end, and at the eight-week mark we make a straight decision together: continue, adjust, or stop. No automatic rollover.

How much leadership time does it take?

No new meetings and no new reporting. SchoolOS works from the decisions your leadership team is already making, in the meetings you already hold. Beyond that, expect around 15 minutes a week from the Head.

Who puts the information in?

We do. Nordic Education Academy sets SchoolOS up using the material your school already has, your strategic plan, leadership minutes, existing priorities. Nobody on your team starts with a blank screen.

Where does our data live, and who can see it?

Your data is stored in the EU and visible only to your school. You can choose to share access with Nordic Education Academy for support, and withdraw it at any time. You can ask us for a full export, or for your data to be deleted, at any point.

Turn school strategy into visible change.

Whether you are building new direction or already working from a plan, SchoolOS keeps priorities, decisions, evidence and learning connected through the year, so leadership can see what is actually changing.
