The work
First a conversation with you and the chair, then focused sessions with the board, the head and the senior team. The picture you get of where the school is, and where it isn't, is yours, whether or not we write the strategy together.
What's included
- Founders' conversation and board / SLT alignment sessions, yours to keep
- A single-page strategy with five-year horizons
- Quarterly operating rhythm: goals, owners, reviews
- Resource and capital planning to match
You might need this if
- The board, the head and the team are pulling in different directions
- You have a plan on paper that no one uses week to week
- Every decision feels urgent and nothing feels prioritised
- Growth has outpaced the structure that is supposed to hold it
How we work
- 01
Conversation
We start with a conversation, you, the head, the chair if it's relevant. We listen first. No deck, no pitch.
- 02
Focus groups
Then short, candid sessions with the people who run the day: teachers, parents, students, admissions, deputies. The picture that emerges is yours to keep, whether or not you decide to go further with us.
- 03
Decide together
If it's a fit, we agree the three to five things that will actually move the dial, and what we're explicitly not doing, in writing, before any work starts.
- 04
Do the work
We embed in the school, working alongside your leaders. Weekly working sessions, not monthly status calls.
- 05
Hand back
We leave behind systems your team owns, with a clear plan for the next twelve months.
SchoolOS
The work does not have to end when the workshop does. SchoolOS can keep the direction, responsibilities, decisions and evidence connected throughout the year.
